sTEP 1 - PICK ORDER
Our expert warehouse team work as hard as possible to pick your order as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances your order will be picked and ready for dispatch within 24hours after your order has been placed. During busy retail periods please allow an additional 24hours for your order to be ready for dispatch.
If your order is a pre-order item, your order will be added to a backlog ready for picking as soon as the shipment arrives

Here at Snapper we stand behind the quality of our products. So much so that if you're not completely satisfied with your product you can simply return it to us at no cost within 30 days of purchase.
You'll need to re-package your product in the original packaging that it comes with and then please simply contact our customer service team, simply send through your name and order number and we will organise everything for you.
Non-returnable items excluded from this guarantee include:
• All forms of clearance stock (e.g. warehouse, floor stock etc.)
• Clearance items
• Gift Cards
• Orders for commercial or non-domestic use
